• All in-stock jewelry orders will be shipped within 7 days of purchase.

• Custom-made pieces require up to 3 weeks for production before shipping.

• All orders are shipped via air freight directly from our China warehouse. For customers in Australia, delivery typically takes around 2 weeks under normal conditions.

If you have a rush order, please contact us — we’ll do our best to assist.

• Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• For in-stock items, returns or exchanges are accepted with a 20% restocking fee.

• Size exchanges are allowed for the same design only — style changes are not accepted.
