All pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations in thickness, weight, or size may occur due to the nature of craftsmanship and are considered normal.

所有首饰均由专业金匠手工打磨镶嵌，因工艺特性，厚薄、重量、尺寸可能存在微小误差，属正常范围；

Due to differences in cut, brilliance, and angles, each main stone may vary slightly. Images are for reference only—please rely on the actual piece under natural light.

主石因切工、火彩、角度不同，每颗会有细微差异；图片仅供参考，请以自然光下实物为准；

Plated materials should be kept away from water, perfume, and chemicals. Oxidation or fading may occur over time with frequent wear or perspiration.

电镀材质请避免频繁接触水、香水和化学品；长期佩戴或出汗可能出现氧化、褪色，属正常现象；

Minor scratches, dots, or brushing marks are natural features of craftsmanship and do not affect overall beauty or wearability.

饰品表面若有轻微划痕、小点或拉丝痕迹，均为工艺特征，不影响整体美观与佩戴。

2. Shipping Information

Ready-to-ship items: Inspected and packed upon order, shipped within 4 business days.

现货款：下单后即安排质检与包装，4个工作日内发货；

Bespoke pieces: Once confirmed, orders enter production. Lead time is approx. 15–45 business days depending on complexity.

高定款：订单确认后即进入定制流程，生产周期约 15–45 个工作日（视款式复杂度而定）；

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please double-check details before placing your order.

订单确认后不支持修改或取消，请务必在下单前确认款式与信息。

Ready-to-ship: Warranty covers non-human damage; human-caused damage can be repaired for a fee.

现货款：非人为损坏享有保修；人为损坏可提供有偿维修；

Bespoke: Free cleaning, polishing, and refinishing. Shipping costs borne by customer (SF Express for domestic, negotiable for international).

高定款：提供免费清洗、抛光、翻新（运费由客户承担，国内需顺丰，海外另议）。

📝 Return & Exchange Policy

📝 退换政策

Ready-to-ship 现货款

Return/exchange within 3 days of receipt if unworn, with original tag and packaging intact.

签收后 3 日内 可申请退换，商品须保持全新未佩戴，吊牌与包装完整；

Buyer covers two-way SF shipping plus 8% service fee (includes inspection, materials, and packaging).

买家承担往返顺丰运费，并扣除商品售价 8% 服务费（含质检、耗材与包装成本）；

Not eligible: Worn/damaged/with odor, beyond time limit, customized/resized/final-sale/promotional items, or items already exchanged once.

以下情况不支持退换：商品有佩戴痕迹/污损/异味、超过退换时限、定制改圈/末件/促销商品、已换货过一次的商品；

⚠️ If return rate exceeds 60%, we reserve the right to restrict future purchases.

⚠️ 如退货率超过 60%，我们有权限制后续购买。

Bespoke 高定款

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

定制商品不支持退换；

For special cases, only selected popular styles may be eligible upon approval.

如遇硬性退换，仅限部分热门款，经审核通过后才受理；

30% service fee will be deducted to cover material and labor. Buyer covers two-way shipping. Must apply within 3 days of receipt.

将扣除售价 30% 服务费，以弥补材料与人工损耗；来回运费客户自理，且须在收货 3 日内申请。
